You are not alone. Therapy can help.
Do you feel stuck, down, anxious, or overwhelmed?
Do you find yourself repeating behaviors and feelings as a parent, part of a couple, or in your notions about yourself?
We all tend to forget what we already know. I can help you untangle your reactions, and, then, redo behavior….are these remnants of past experience, automatic negative thoughts that occur counter to real life evidence, perceived through your unique prism of old expectations and demands? The process of getting to know, refine, and accept your self can be transformative.
Nothing is more interesting than getting to know yourself. You have taken the first important step.

Families & Children; Therapy, Testing, and Parenting Help
No child lives in a vacuum. A family is like a balloon…if you press it in somewhere, it will bulge somewhere else. I can help parents and children listen to each other, discover strengths and weaknesses, establish boundaries, rules, and fair expectations, and have fun making a family system work!
Intimate relationships are thrilling and difficult. Learn how to communicate, hear and see each other clearly, and work together to develop trust.
You do not need to be caught in an endless cycle of emotional reactions. Untangle automatic thoughts that lead to nonproductive emotions and behaviors, and start liking yourself more.
These are exciting times, with gender fluidity increasingly recognized. Discovering one’s identity can be challenging and difficult, but liberating. I can help on that tortuous path.
